Returns:

ENRICHI does not currently offer returns on any purchased items, including full price and sale items.

ENRICHI does offer exchanges on all purchased items.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Process for Exchanges:

• Contact our customer service team at info@enrichiliving.com to initiate an exchange. Further instructions will be provided to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the item to be exchanged at no additional cost to you.

Exchange for Different Items:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please note that you may need to cover any price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be provided as store credit.

Store Credit:

• If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price.

Once you place your order, you will receiving an order confirmation number and a shipment tracking number.
